The Project
For this project, my task was to craft an entire brand encompassing a logo, packaging, and a responsive website to embody Briq Nutrition's vision for an all-in-one, organic health supplement.
About the Company - The fundamental question that propelled Briq Nutrition into existence is: Why is it incredibly challenging to procure supplements that are entirely natural, devoid of artificial sweeteners or flavoring? Ryan Panck, the founder of Briq Nutrition, embarked on a mission to create his own line of supplements in response to this dilemma.
The Challenge
As the lead designer for Briq Nutrition, I undertook the challenge of creating a sophisticated, multi-functional web platform catering to health-conscious clients aiming to enhance their performance. A key challenge was to ensure the brand and website appealed to a diverse range of personas. Through close collaboration with the client, I devised a unique approach for a health supplement brand. The outcome? An elegant and user-friendly website enabling seamless product purchases while educating users about the benefits of organic supplements.

Working on this site was an absolute blast! I had complete creative freedom to bring my vision to life. Getting to brand the company from the ground up allowed me to unleash my creativity fully. Everything from the color palette to the responsive website and UI/UX interactions was my creation. I developed a comprehensive design system encompassing fonts, color palette, imagery, icons, and interactive states. Additionally, the client requested collateral such as business cards and packaging for their product, which I also had the opportunity to design.

Designing for an e-commerce platform was a new experience for me. I had to prioritize simplifying the shopper's journey, ensuring a faster checkout process compared to competitors. My aim was to create a memorable design without compromising on user experience.

Although my coworker's logo ultimately got chosen, it was a close call. However, the client selected the color palette from my logo design, which I enhanced based on their feedback.

Unfortunately, this was a one-man company, and I don't believe he had the funding to launch the business successfully. It's disheartening to see broken pages like their product page on their current site. It appears he may have struggled to manage a store or follow through with the social media campaigns that were in the works.
